These terms apply to your use of Endleaf. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.

About Endleaf

Endleaf is a reader for DRM-free EPUB files. Endleaf does not provide, sell, host, upload or distribute books or other reading material.

Your content and copyright

You may import only content that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for the content you import and for complying with copyright and other applicable laws.

You must not use Endleaf to infringe another person's rights, distribute content without permission or circumvent digital rights management. Endleaf does not claim ownership of imported content and does not access, monitor or receive your files.

Local storage and backups

Books, reading progress, highlights, notes, bookmarks and settings are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping copies of your original EPUB files and any information you do not want to lose. Removing the app or losing access to your device may result in the loss of locally stored information.

Endleaf may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience. The developer does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Content available from a third-party website may be subject to copyright or other restrictions in your country, and you are responsible for checking whether you may lawfully download and use it.

Availability and warranties

Endleaf is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the app will always be available, error-free or compatible with every EPUB file or device.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or loss arising from content imported into the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

These terms may be updated when Endleaf or the law changes. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
